Jogging Backward on the Treadmill

I had to google this up Vach...coz I was pretty amused when I heard of it yesterday ..

I was hoping to be met with "this is aerodynamically not possible" or something...

So for all those who want strong ankles and a toned "posterior" ...here goes..

LAZYBONES,I dint know "ur backside" worried U enough to take action this quick..LOL..Odds are you would break ur back even if you ran normal,thats more to do with U being CLUMSY..!!!
