Cooking for Dummies...

Surpise Surprise...my first foray into the kitchen was not disastrous as I had anticipated it to be...it was quite a hit actually..:-)

...and it turned out to be a good enough incentive for me to get back to the kitchen day after day 2 weeks running...and brave the smoke and the post cleanup sessions..

I have experimented with prawns and chicken with every possible combination of spices...and yayy..I am good at this...!!

This had to be posted for posterity just so I rememeber that I could too..:-)

PS:Please do not invite yourself over...I am over it.. :-)
